How to see customer and supplier balances with aging

Who owes you, who you owe, and how overdue it is — the Customer & Supplier Ledger answers all three. It’s a ledger-derived subledger showing per-party aging of receivables and payables (current, 31–60, 61–90, 90+) with a drill-down running-balance statement for any customer or supplier.

Step by step

  1. Open the ledgerWeb: Accounting → Customer & Supplier Ledger. Toggle AR (customers owe you) or AP (you owe suppliers), with an optional as-of date.
  2. Read the agingEach party shows Current / 31–60 / 61–90 / 90+ and a total, so overdue balances stand out.
  3. Drill into a statementClick a party to open its running-balance statement — every charge and payment, oldest applied first, with over-payments carried as credit.
