Step by step

  1. Open collectionsWeb: open the collections / AR follow-ups worklist. It lists customers whose balance is past due (e.g. over 30 days).
  2. PrioritiseWork the list by how much is owed and how overdue it is.
  3. Follow upContact the customer (a call, or an SMS reminder) and record the outcome / a reminder to chase again.
  4. Collect and clearWhen they pay, record the payment against their balance and they drop off the list.
