How to read your financial ratios

Ratios turn your accounts into a health check. RushFlow computes liquidity, profitability, leverage and efficiency ratios straight from your ledger — current and quick ratios, gross/operating/net margins, return on assets and equity, debt-to-equity, inventory and receivables turnover and more — each with a plain-English hint so you know what it means.

Step by step

  1. Open Financial RatiosWeb: Accounting → Reports → Financial Ratios.
  2. Set the periodPick From and To dates (defaults to the year to date). Balance-sheet inputs are taken as of the end date; P&L inputs across the range.
  3. Read by groupRatios are grouped Liquidity / Profitability / Leverage / Efficiency, each with a hint; a ratio with no meaningful denominator shows a dash.
