How to view an account’s general ledger

When a number looks wrong, the general ledger is where you find out why. Pick any account and RushFlow shows every movement with a running balance — opening balance, each posting with its date, description and reference, and the closing balance — the complete audit trail behind any figure on your statements.

Step by step

  1. Open the general ledgerWeb: Accounting → Reports → General Ledger.
  2. Choose an account and periodSelect the account, set From and To dates, and Apply.
  3. Follow the running balanceRead down the entries — each row shows debit, credit and the running balance, from the opening figure to the closing figure. Export when you need the detail outside RushFlow.
