How to track customer dues and sell on credit

Web Android iOS Updated Aug 2026

Trusted customers often pay later. RushFlow tracks customer dues — take a partial or no payment now and the balance is recorded against the customer — and shows you clearly who owes you and how much, so you can collect rather than forget.

Step by step

  1. Sell on creditPOS/Web: attach a customer and take a partial payment (or none); the balance becomes their due.
  2. See who owes youWeb: open the Customer & Supplier Ledger / customer credit. App: use “Money owed to you” / the customer’s dues in the management app.
  3. Collect the dueWhen the customer pays, record it against their balance; the due reduces and the payment posts to your accounts.

Where to find it

Web: customer ledger / credit. Management app (Android/iOS): “Money owed to you” and the customer’s due badge.

Dues are real receivables in your accounts, not a side note — so your books show money owed to you.
