Android Sunmi Updated Aug 2026

If you can’t sign in to the POS app, it’s usually the store code, the credentials, or the connection — the first sign-in needs internet to download your catalogue. Work through these checks.

Step by step

  1. Check the store codeConfirm you entered the correct store code for your business (it identifies which business to sign in to).
  2. Check credentials and that the user is activeConfirm the cashier login and password are right, and that the user is active with a role — an owner can check under Users.
  3. Check the connectionThe first sign-in needs internet to download the catalogue. Confirm the device is online.
  4. RetryReopen the app and sign in again. Once signed in, the app can then sell offline.

Frequently asked questions

Why can’t I sign in to the POS app?

Usually a wrong store code or credentials, an inactive user, or no connection for the first sign-in. Check each; the initial sign-in needs internet, after which the app works offline.
