Running a sale in RushFlow is designed to be fast under pressure. Here is the full flow, including discounts, split payments, adding a customer, and taking dues.
Step by step
- Choose branch and registerOpen the POS and confirm the branch and register — this is where stock is deducted and cash is counted.
- Add itemsScan barcodes or search by name. Adjust quantity and, if allowed, the price. Add a line discount or a whole-cart discount.
- Add a customer (optional)Attach a customer to track their purchases and dues, or leave it as a walk-in.
- Take paymentPick the method — cash, card, bank or wallet. Split across methods or take a partial payment and record the rest as a due.
- Complete and printFinish the sale. The receipt prints and stock, tax and accounts update immediately.
