RushFlow controls access with roles. You add each staff member as a user, give them a role, and that decides exactly what they can see and do — and at which branches. A cashier rings up sales but can’t see the company P&L; an accountant sees the books but not the cash drawer. You stay in control as you grow the team.
Step by step
- Add the userWeb: open Users and add the person with their email. App: owners can manage users from the management app’s settings/HRM area.
- Assign a roleGive them a role (e.g. cashier, manager, accountant, or a custom role) that grants the right permissions.
- Scope to branchesLimit the user to the branches they work at, so they only see those outlets.
- They sign inThe user signs in and sees only what their role allows, on web and the apps.
Where to find it
Web: the Users and roles screens. Management app (Android/iOS): the settings / people area for owners.
Roles apply everywhere — POS app, management app and web all honour the same permissions.
Frequently asked questions
Can I control what each staff member sees?
Yes. Assign each user a role that grants specific permissions, and scope them to branches, so they only see what their role and outlets allow.
Do roles work the same on the apps and web?
Yes. The POS app, management app and web all honour the same role permissions.
