If a barcode won’t scan, either the product doesn’t carry that barcode, the scanner isn’t set up, or the printed label is unclear. Check each.

- Check the scannerConfirm the scanner is connected and the cursor is in the product field — see scanner setup.
- Check the label qualityA faded or squashed label won’t read. Reprint it clearly at the right size.
