How to see profit and margin per product

Web Updated Aug 2026

Your best-selling product isn’t always your best-earning one. RushFlow’s Margin Analysis shows gross profit and margin per product — revenue minus estimated cost — over any period, with loss-makers flagged in red, so you can see exactly which products carry your profit and which quietly drain it.

Step by step

  1. Open Margin AnalysisWeb: Products → Margin Analysis. Pick a From and To date (defaults to this year) and Run.
  2. Read per productEach product shows units, revenue, estimated cost, profit and margin %. Loss-making products are highlighted.
