Running out of a key line loses sales; over-ordering ties up cash. RushFlow’s Reorder Report lists every product at or below its reorder point with a suggested order quantity, and lets you set reorder levels right in the report — so replenishment is a quick, informed decision.
Step by step
- Open the reportWeb: Products → Reorder Report. Tick Only items that need reordering to focus on what’s due.
- Read what’s dueEach product shows on hand, reorder point, reorder quantity, a suggested order quantity, and a Reorder / OK status.
- Set reorder levelsAdjust a product’s reorder point and quantity inline and Save, or use Set reorder level to configure a product per warehouse.
From report to order
The suggested quantity is the product’s configured reorder quantity, or enough to reach twice the reorder point. To turn the whole shortfall list into a draft requisition in one step, use Purchase Planning.
