How to set reorder levels for products

Web Updated Aug 2026

Set a reorder level (a minimum quantity) per product so RushFlow flags it as low before you run out. Combined with sales-velocity alerts, it means you reorder in time instead of discovering an empty shelf.

Step by step

  1. Open the productWeb: open the product in Products. App: the Inventory workspace → the product.
  2. Set the reorder levelEnter the minimum quantity at which the product should be flagged as low (set it per branch where relevant).
  3. Watch low-stock flagsWhen stock falls to the level, it shows as low — see reorder & stock-out alerts for the velocity-based view.

Where to find it

Web: the product’s settings. App: the Inventory workspace.

A fixed reorder level is the floor; the alerts also use how fast an item sells so fast movers are flagged sooner.
