Deciding what to reorder by walking the shelves is slow and error-prone. Purchase Planning lists every product that has fallen below its reorder point, with a suggested order quantity and preferred supplier, so replenishment becomes a review-and-confirm task. Select the lines you want and generate a draft requisition in one step.
Step by step
- Set reorder points on productsGive products a reorder point (and optionally a reorder quantity and preferred supplier). See reorder levels.
- Open Purchase PlanningWeb: Purchasing → Purchase Planning. It shows shortfall products with on-hand, reorder point and a suggested quantity.
- Select and generate a requisitionTick the lines to buy and Generate requisition — RushFlow creates a draft purchase requisition you can then approve and convert to a PO.
How the suggested quantity is worked out
If a product has a configured reorder quantity, that’s suggested; otherwise RushFlow suggests enough to bring you back to twice the reorder point. You can always adjust before ordering.
