How to find customers who’ve stopped buying

Web Updated Aug 2026

The customers who quietly stop coming back rarely tell you — and most software never shows you. RushFlow’s Inactive Customers report lists customers with no recent purchases, giving you a ready-made win-back list you can call, message or target before they’re gone for good.

Step by step

  1. Open the reportWeb: Reports → Inactive Customers (Customers & Suppliers group), or search "inactive".
  2. Set the windowChoose how long "no purchase" should mean (e.g. no order in the last 60/90 days).
  3. Win them backExport or work the list — a call or an offer to a lapsing regular is cheaper than finding a new customer.
