Updated Aug 2026
Stock that sits is cash that’s stuck — and for perishable or fashion goods, it’s cash that’s expiring. RushFlow’s Stock Aging report shows how long stock has been held, bucketed by age, so you can spot what’s aging and clear it with a promotion or transfer before it becomes dead stock.
Step by step
- Open the reportWeb: Reports → Stock Aging (Inventory & Stock group), or search "aging".
- Review the age bucketsSee stock grouped by how long it’s been held, per product and warehouse.
- Act on the old bucketsDiscount, bundle or transfer slow-moving lines. For stock that has already stalled, see Dead-stock detection.
