How to see your return ratio

Web Updated Aug 2026

A high return rate quietly eats profit and often points to a real problem — a faulty batch, a mis-described product, or a pushy sale. RushFlow’s Return Ratio report shows the share of your sales that come back as returns, so you can catch a spike early instead of finding it in the year-end numbers.

Step by step

  1. Open the reportWeb: Reports → Return Ratio (Financial group), or search "return" in the Reports hub.
  2. Pick the periodChoose the date range you want to measure.
  3. Read the ratioSee returns as a share of sales, so a rising trend stands out.
  4. Investigate spikesCross-check against the Seller and product reports to find where the returns come from.
