How to return stock to a supplier

When stock is faulty or wrong, you send it back to the supplier. RushFlow records a purchase return that reduces your stock and adjusts what you owe the supplier (and reverses any recoverable tax), so both inventory and your payable stay correct.

  2. Select what to returnChoose the items and quantities going back; stock reduces by those units.
  3. Settle the balanceYour payable to the supplier is reduced (or a refund recorded), and recoverable tax on those items is reversed.
