If a USB receipt printer isn’t detected, it’s usually the cable, the OTG adapter, or USB permission on the phone. Check the physical connection first, then the app.

- Check the cable and OTG adapterPhones need a USB-OTG adapter to talk to a USB printer. Confirm the adapter and cable are good and the printer is powered on.
- Allow USB accessWhen prompted, allow the app to access the USB device. Reconnect if you dismissed the prompt.
- Select it in RushFlowIn Settings → Printing, choose USB, pick the printer, and print a test.
