- Set the paper widthIn RushFlow → Settings → Printing, set the paper width to match your roll (commonly 58mm or 80mm). The wrong width makes text run off or leave big margins.
- Confirm the printer typeGarbled/symbol output usually means the printer expects a different command style. Confirm you’ve selected the right printer/connection.
- Print a testUse “Print test” and adjust until the alignment is right.
