A network (LAN/Wi-Fi) printer that can’t be reached is nearly always an IP address, port, or same-network issue. Confirm the printer’s address and that both are on one network.
Step by step
- Find the printer’s IPGet the printer’s IP address (from its self-test print or menu). If your network reassigns IPs, give the printer a fixed one.
- Same networkConfirm the device and the printer are on the same network (not a guest network that blocks devices from seeing each other).
- Enter IP and port in RushFlowIn Settings → Printing, choose Network, enter the IP and port, and print a test.
Frequently asked questions
Why can’t RushFlow find my network printer?
Usually a wrong IP/port or the printer is on a different network. Confirm the printer’s IP (fix it if it changes), put both on the same network, and enter the IP/port in Settings → Printing.
