How to fix a Bluetooth printer that won’t pair

If a Bluetooth receipt printer won’t pair, it’s usually discoverability, distance, or an existing pairing. Pair it in the phone’s Bluetooth settings first, then select it in RushFlow.

- Put the printer in pairing modeTurn the printer on and make it discoverable (check its manual — often a button hold). Keep it close to the phone.
- Pair in the phone’s Bluetooth settingsOpen Android Bluetooth settings and pair the printer there first. If it’s paired to another device, disconnect it there.
- Select it in RushFlowIn RushFlow → Settings → Printing, choose Bluetooth and pick the printer, then run a test print.
- Still failing?Remove/forget the pairing and repeat, and confirm the printer’s battery/charge — low power blocks pairing.
