How to stop receipts printing twice

Two copies of every receipt is a settings issue — usually a number-of-copies setting above one, or both auto-print and a manual print firing. Adjust the print settings and it stops.

- Check the copies settingIn Settings → Printing, set the number of receipt copies to 1 (unless you deliberately want a merchant copy).
- Check auto-print vs manualIf receipts auto-print on completion, make sure you’re not also tapping print manually — that produces a second copy.
- TestComplete a test sale and confirm a single receipt prints.
