If labels don’t print, print blank, or come out misaligned, it’s the label language or the label size not matching your printer. Set both to match and calibrate.
Step by step
- Set the right label languageChoose the language your printer speaks — TSPL, ZPL or ESC/POS (check the printer’s spec).
- Set the label sizeMatch the label preset (e.g. 38×25mm) to the labels loaded, or text will spill or misalign.
- Calibrate and testRun the printer’s label calibration if gaps are misread, then print a test label.
