- Allow notificationsIn the phone’s app settings, make sure notifications are enabled for the RushFlow app, and enabled inside the app’s own alert settings.
- Disable battery restrictionsExempt the app from battery optimisation / “deep sleep”, which can stop background alerts on some Android phones.
- Confirm you’re signed inYou must be signed in on the device to receive alerts. Sign in again if needed.
