If a RushFlow app won’t open or crashes, the usual fixes are update, restart, free storage — and your data is safe on the server, so these steps don’t risk it.

- Update the appInstall the latest version from your store (Play or Sunmi App Store) — a crash is often fixed in an update.
- Restart the devicePower-cycle the phone/tablet to clear a stuck state.
- Check storage and connectionVery low storage can crash apps. Free some space and confirm the device is online.
- Reinstall if neededIf it persists, reinstall the app — your data lives on the server and downloads again on sign-in. (On the POS app, sync any pending sales first.)
