How to set reminders in the management app

Android iOS Updated Aug 2026

The small things that keep a business running — call a supplier, chase a payment, reorder before the weekend — are the easiest to forget. The management app’s Reminders let you schedule a note for yourself, a specific teammate, or everyone, at a time you choose. Due reminders surface in the app and also arrive as device notifications, so they reach you even when the app is closed.

Step by step

  1. Open RemindersApp: open Reminders. You’ll see what’s due and what’s upcoming.
  2. Create oneTap New, write the reminder, pick when it’s due, and choose the audience — just you, a teammate, or everyone.
  3. Get notifiedThe app schedules your upcoming reminders as device notifications, so a due reminder pings you like any other notification.
  4. Act and clearDue reminders are listed together so you can work through them; pull to refresh to sync the latest.

Assigning to a teammate

Because a reminder can target a specific person or everyone, the app doubles as a lightweight way to hand off a small task without a separate to-do tool. For heavier task and approval workflows, see Tasks & reminders.

Reminder notifications are scheduled idempotently — the same reminder won’t double-notify.
