How to ask the AI advisor in the management app
The management app has a built-in AI advisor — a chat where you ask plain-language questions about your business (“how were sales this week?”, “what’s my slow stock?”) and get a grounded answer in your own language. Common questions are answered instantly; free-typed questions are answered by the assistant. It’s the mobile side of RushFlow’s AI advisor.
Step by step
- Open the advisorApp: tap the AI block on the dashboard to open the advisor chat.
- Tap a starter questionOn an empty chat, pick one of the suggested questions — these common ones are answered instantly from your live data.
- Ask your ownType any question; the assistant composes a grounded answer. A more involved answer can take a little longer while it thinks.
An optional, gated feature
The AI advisor is part of RushFlow’s optional AI. The instant, common answers work from your data; richer free-typed answers use the AI assistant, which depends on AI being enabled for your business (see Set up & enable AI). It answers in the owner’s language.
