How to see everything about a customer in one place

Web Updated Aug 2026

To look after a customer you need their whole story on one screen. Customer 360 stitches together a customer’s profile, lifetime KPIs, credit status, a unified activity timeline, tags, addresses and open opportunities — so anyone helping that customer sees everything at once, drawn from the master customer record the whole system shares.

Step by step

  1. Open a customerWeb: CRM → Customer 360 (or open a customer from the customers list). The header shows profile and lifetime KPIs — orders, lifetime spend, outstanding, average order, available credit.
  2. Read the timelineThe timeline feeds in the customer’s activity — sales, payments, returns and logged communications — which you can filter by type. Pin the entries that matter.
  3. Add contextAdd free-form notes (they land on the timeline), attach tags, and manage addresses. A duplicate-detection tool lets you merge duplicate customer records.

Where the timeline comes from

The timeline is an append-only activity store fed automatically by real events — a sale, a payment, a return, a logged interaction — so it builds itself as you trade. It’s the master-customer view for your whole business.

This is distinct from the Meta Manager customer CDP, which resolves social/ad identity and scores engagement from Facebook/Instagram/WhatsApp — a separate, social-focused store.
