How to compare expected deal value with actual revenue

Web Updated Aug 2026

A deal marked “won for $10k” only matters if the money actually shows up. RushFlow’s Deal Revenue compares each won deal’s expected value against the real sales revenue it produced — by linking the actual sales to the lead — so you can see your realization rate and how much expected value is still unrealized.

Step by step

  1. Open Deal RevenueWeb: CRM → Deal Revenue. Each won lead shows its won value versus realized revenue.
  2. Link the salesUse Link sales on a deal to attach the actual sales it generated (candidates are that customer’s unlinked completed sales).
  3. Read realizationSee realized total, variance and realization % per deal and overall, plus total unrealized value.

Frequently asked questions
