How to manage leads and deals with the CRM pipeline

Web Updated Aug 2026

Deals you don’t track are deals you lose. RushFlow’s CRM pipeline is a Kanban board that moves leads through stages — New → Contacted → Qualified → Proposal → Negotiation → Won / Lost — with a lead count and total value per stage, activity logging, and one-click convert a won lead into a customer. It’s built into the same system as your sales, not a bolt-on.

Step by step

  1. Open the pipelineWeb: CRM → Pipeline. You’ll see a column per stage with its leads, count and value.
  2. Add a leadUse New Lead — capture name, company, contact details, source, expected value, owner and expected close date.
  3. Work the dealMove a lead between stages, and log activities against it (call, meeting, note, follow-up, email) with due dates. An Upcoming follow-ups view keeps you on top of what’s next.
  4. Close itMark it Won (with a won value) or Lost (with a reason). Convert a won lead into a customer record in one click.

Know your win rate

The pipeline also gives you a funnel view — open value by stage, won/lost counts and value, your win rate, and a breakdown of lost reasons — so you can see where deals stall and why you lose them.
