How to see which customers actually make you money

Web Updated Aug 2026

The customer who buys the most isn’t always the one who makes you the most. RushFlow’s Customer Profitability shows revenue vs cost per customer to give you gross profit and margin — and even flags loss-makers — so you can tell high-revenue from high-profit, and act accordingly.

Step by step

  1. Open the reportWeb: CRM → Customer Profitability. Pick a date range (defaults to this year).
  2. Read profit and marginEach customer shows orders, revenue, cost, profit, margin % and average order profit; the summary flags how many are loss-makers.

Keep product costs current

Profitability uses each product’s cost to work out margin, so the numbers are only as good as your product costs. Keep costs up to date and this report becomes one of the most useful screens you have.
