How to set and track sales targets

Web Updated Aug 2026

Targets only work if attainment is visible. RushFlow’s Sales Targets let you set a revenue (and optional order) target per salesperson for a period, then track it against real completed sales — with an attainment percentage and an on-track / behind flag, so coaching conversations are grounded in numbers.

Step by step

  1. Set a targetWeb: Sales → Sales Targets → New. Pick the salesperson, the period (month / quarter / year / custom), and the target amount (and optionally a target number of orders).
  2. Track attainmentRushFlow sums that person’s completed sales in the period and shows actual vs target and the attainment %.
  3. Review on-track vs behindThe summary tells you how many salespeople are on track (≥100%) and how many are behind.
