How to set up your online store

Web Updated Aug 2026

RushFlow includes an online store that sells from the same products, stock and accounts as your shop — so an online order reduces the same inventory and posts to the same books, with nothing to re-enter or reconcile. This guide gets your storefront live.

Step by step

  1. Enable the storeWeb: open the online-store area and enable your storefront (available on plans that include the online store).
  2. Choose what to sell onlinePublish the products you want online; they use your existing catalogue and stock.
  3. Set delivery and paymentConfigure delivery/pickup and payment options (including cash on delivery where you offer it).
  4. Go liveShare your storefront link. Orders flow into RushFlow for fulfilment.

Where to find it

Web: the online-store / store-builder area. Owners and managers can watch orders in the management app too.

Because it shares your stock, you can’t oversell — online and in-store draw from the same quantity.
