How to fix a store integration that isn’t syncing

Web Updated Aug 2026

If products or orders aren’t syncing with Shopify or WooCommerce, check the connection credentials and that the sync is actually running — integration sync happens in the background.

Step by step

  1. Re-check the connectionConfirm the store’s API credentials/keys in RushFlow are still valid (they can be revoked or expire on the store side).
  2. Confirm what should syncCheck which items/orders are set to sync so you’re not expecting something that isn’t enabled.
  3. Give background sync time / retrySync runs in the background; allow it to process, and re-trigger if the integration offers it. Persistent failures: reconnect the store.

Frequently asked questions

Why isn’t my Shopify/WooCommerce syncing?

Usually the store credentials became invalid or background sync hasn’t run/failed. Re-check the connection keys, confirm what should sync, and reconnect the store if it persists.
