How to connect your Shopify store

Web Updated Aug 2026

If you sell on Shopify, RushFlow can connect to it so your shop and your online store share one inventory instead of drifting apart. Authorise the connection with your store URL and access token, sync your products, and keep stock in step — no more overselling something that’s already gone from the shelf.

Step by step

  1. Open Shopify settingsWeb: Settings → Shopify.
  2. Enter your store detailsProvide your Shopify store URL and an access token for the store, and save.
  3. Sync productsRun a product sync / import to bring your catalog into line between Shopify and RushFlow.
  4. Keep stock in stepEnable stock sync so inventory changes flow between the two — selling in one keeps the other accurate.

How the sync runs

Shopify syncs run in the background, so a large catalog doesn’t hold up your screen. If a sync doesn’t appear to be applying, see Shopify not syncing for the usual causes and fixes.

Get the access token from your Shopify admin (a custom/private app’s Admin API token). Treat it like a password.
