Once your account exists, a short setup makes RushFlow yours: your business details and logo, your branches, tax settings, your first products, and your team. You do not have to do it all at once — but these steps get you selling with correct numbers.

- Add your business details and logoSet your business name, address, currency and logo. The logo and name appear on receipts and invoices.
- Set your currency and taxChoose your currency and configure tax/VAT so sales and purchases post the right tax automatically.
- Create your branches and warehousesAdd each outlet and storage location. Even a single shop has one branch and one warehouse; add more as you grow.
- Add your productsCreate products with prices and barcodes, or import them. See Add a product.
- Invite your teamAdd staff and assign roles so cashiers, managers and accountants each see the right things.
