Updated Aug 2026
If stock you sent to another branch isn’t sellable there yet, it’s because the destination hasn’t received the transfer. Until it’s received, RushFlow correctly holds it as in transit — belonging to neither branch’s sellable stock.
Step by step
- Receive at the destinationAt the receiving branch, open the transfer and confirm receipt. The stock then becomes sellable there.
- Record any shortfallIf fewer units arrived than were sent, record what was actually received so the in-transit amount resolves and the discrepancy is visible.
- ConfirmCheck the destination’s stock now includes the received units.
