A pending-sales count that won’t drop to zero means the device can’t push to the server — a connection or sign-in issue. Your sales are safe on the device until they sync; don’t uninstall the app.
Step by step
- Check the connectionConfirm the device has working internet. Weak venue Wi-Fi is the usual cause — try mobile data.
- Confirm you’re signed inIf the session expired, sign in again; queued sales remain and sync after sign-in.
- Trigger a manual syncPull to refresh / use the sync action and watch the pending count drop.
- Don’t uninstallNever uninstall while sales are pending — that’s the one action that can discard un-synced data.
Frequently asked questions
My pending sales won’t sync — are they lost?
No. Offline sales are stored on the device until they sync. Restore the connection, confirm you’re signed in, and trigger a manual sync; don’t uninstall the app.
